Rangers arrested former Prime Minister and Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan.

Imran Khan's lawyer Faisal Chaudhry has confirmed that the former prime minister was detained by the Rangers from the court premises.
In a statement issued by the Islamabad Police, it has been confirmed that Imran Khan has been arrested in the Al-Qadir Trust case.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has said that the lawyer of Chairman Imran Khan has been severely tortured.
According to IG Islamabad, the situation is normal, Section 144 is in force and action will be taken in case of violation.

Imran Khan had arrived at the Islamabad High Court for an appearance from where the Rangers detained him.
PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has claimed that Islamabad High Court has been occupied by Rangers, lawyers are being subjected to torture, Imran Khan's car has been surrounded.
In a statement issued on the social networking website Twitter, PTI said that the lawyer of Chairman Imran Khan was badly tortured outside the Islamabad High Court.

PTI leader Musarat Cheema said in a video message that they are currently torturing Imran Khan a lot, they are killing Khan Sahib, they have done something to Khan Sahib.
Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Hammad Azhar condemned the arrest and said that the leader of the world of Islam was arrested today and there are reports of torturing him during the arrest, which is not acceptable in any way.
He said that Imran Khan is our red line, he is the fearless leader of the world of Islam and he did not commit any sin, he did not steal millions of crores of rupees from the people, he did not run away and sit in another country.
Hammad Azhar asked the workers and the people to come out of the house because if we do not come out today, this country will be handed over to these thieves and robbers forever and no one will be able to live here again.

IG Islamabad
Meanwhile, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Aamir Farooq summoned IG Islamabad Police within 15 minutes.
Chief Justice ordered that Secretary Interior, IG Islamabad, Additional Attorney General appear in 15 minutes.
The Chief Justice remarked that what have you done? There is a law and order situation, I am showing patience, if he does not appear in 15 minutes, I will summon the Prime Minister, appear and tell him why, in which case?

Al-Qadir Trust Case
It should be noted that last year, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah accused Imran Khan and his wife of conspiring with Bahria Town owner Malik Riaz to take the land of Al-Qadir Trust instead of Bahria Town.
He had said that the same Bahria Town, whose 50 billion rupees were adjusted, had signed a contract for 458 kanals worth Rs 93 crore in documents, while the actual price was five to 10 times more, and this land was acquired by Bahria Town. Transferred in the name of Al-Qadir Trust, this land was donated by Bahria Town and signed by the donor of Bahria Town on one side and former First Lady Bushra Khan on the other side, this valuable land was transferred in the name of Al-Qadir Trust. Gayi which has only two trustees in which the first is Bushra Khan and the second is the former prime minister.
He said that it came to light through the media and other sources that he had transferred Bahria Town's 50 billion rupees to the UK and it was not transferred under the prevailing law, due to which the money was traced there and the British The authorities and the National Crime Agency seized the money.

The interior minister said that the British authorities contacted the Pakistani authorities and informed them that this money has reached us through illegal means and we have seized it. It belongs to the government of Pakistan and the people of Pakistan.
