According to Real Madrid, the most recent instance of racial abuse directed towards their player Vinicius Jr. has been registered to the Spanish prosecutor's office as a hate crime.

In the second half of Real's La Liga game against Valencia on Sunday, Vinicius, who was furious, complained to the opposing fans to the referee.
The 22-year-old international from Brazil, who was eventually dismissed from the game for violent behavior, declared "La Liga belongs to racists" after the game.
In a statement released on Monday, Real Madrid stated that it "considers that such attacks also constitute a hate crime".
Prosecutors in Spain will now choose whether or not to open a criminal case.
Real Madrid released a statement saying, "Real Madrid expresses its strongest revulsion and condemns the events that occurred yesterday against our player Vinicius Junior."
"These facts represent a direct assault on our social and democratic state of law's coexistence model."
This season, Vinicius has received numerous racist insults as a target.
La Liga urged fans to submit any pertinent video, saying it would look into the matter and take "appropriate legal action" if a hate crime was discovered.
Valencia stated that the club and the police were "working together to confirm the identity of any other potential offenders" and that the police had "identified a fan who made racist gestures."
Valencia CF also stated: "Valencia CF has opened a disciplinary case, will apply the maximum level of severity, including a lifetime stadium ban against the involved fans, and is closely collaborating with the authorities."
Tebas and Vinicius argue on Twitter
Following the game, Vinicius penned the following statement on social media: "The championship that once belonged to Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Cristiano, and Messi today belongs to racists."
Javier Tebas, the president of La Liga, and he afterward exchanged messages.
Tebas said on Twitter that Vinicius missed meetings to discuss what it "can do in cases of racism" twice.
Tebas advised criticizing and disparaging La Liga before doing your research.
Vinicius bemoaned the fact that he was singled out for criticism rather than the "racists" and demanded that La Liga take "actions and punishments" for the post.
Tebas then retorted, "It is really dishonest to imply that neither Spain nor La Liga is racist.
"This season, we have reported nine incidents of racial epithets, eight of which involved Vinicius. We always track down the goons in question and report them to the authorities, who can then take appropriate action. We make constant efforts, no matter how ineffective they may be.
"We cannot allow the reputation of a competition, which is above all a symbol of unity between communities, to be tarnished. Every week, fans of 42 clubs welcome over 200 black players with respect and love," he continued.
"We are committed to completely eradicating cases of racism, which are an incredibly rare occurrence (nine reports)."
