In her maiden professional bout in Ireland against Chantelle Cameron, Katie Taylor intended to deliver her finest performance to date.

On Saturday in Dublin, Taylor, 36, goes up to light welterweight to take on undisputed champion Cameron.
At a news conference on Thursday, Taylor stated that fighting at home was her primary goal since turning professional.
The Irishwoman exclaimed, "It's great to bring big-time boxing back to our country where it belongs.
"Nobody is going to deprive me of my opportunity to make history."
When the Irish star's rematch with Amanda Serrano was postponed, Taylor called out Cameron, the first female undisputed champion of Britain, on Instagram.
The fighter from Northampton claimed she had no hesitations about agreeing to the match.
Cameron declared, "This fight means more to me than becoming the undisputed champion."
It'll undoubtedly be hostile. However, it will be tunnel vision. To succeed, keep your attention on the task at hand.
Since the 2016 shooting at a weigh-in at Dublin's Regency Hotel, there haven't been any significant boxing events in Ireland.
Since then, it has been nearly impossible for a significant boxing event to be staged in the nation due to security issues and related expenses.
Just nine months after the gangland shooting that killed David Byrne, Taylor made the transition to the professional world.
Undisputed lightweight champion Taylor declared, "Irish boxing is turning a new page."
"I hope this is just the first night in Ireland. I and Chantelle are being admired by young girls. It's outstanding in every way.
They'll have lofty goals as they grow up, too.
Taylor claimed she felt like her eagerly awaited homecoming was "slipping away" from her after Serrano canceled their intended rematch on May 20.
She could not have chosen a more difficult challenge as a replacement than Cameron, who has made history in her own right and is undefeated in 17 matches. Taylor last competed in Ireland as an amateur, and although being her customary cool, collected self for the majority of the build-up, her enthusiasm to be back on home soil has occasionally come through. It is obvious that the fight week's major attraction wants it to end quickly.
Taylor was waiting for Cameron in the middle of the stage before the end of the press conference's regular face-off when she recognized she was missing her belts. On Saturday night's undercard, boxing pioneer Cecilia Braekhus takes on Terri Harper. Like Taylor, Braekhus underwent a similar route to bring boxing back to Norway. Despite Cameron's skill, the former undisputed welterweight champion claimed she could not imagine anyone defeating her at home, including Taylor. The British fighter knows she has to give it her all against perhaps the best female boxer in the world on an extremely emotional night for the homecoming hero. Taylor will be hoping for a big victory that can start a new era of great fight nights in Ireland and mend the wounds boxing has endured there recently. However, Cameron has vowed to ruin that celebration.
