At Wembley, the kickoff for the Manchester United vs. Manchester City game was scheduled for between 16:45 and 17:30.
The London Metropolitan Police, meanwhile, has designated the derby game as high risk and raised security concerns with the later kickoff times.
Since City defeated Stoke in 2011, this will be the first game to begin at 15:30.
The FA Cup final and the Women's Champions League final would both start at the same time in the stadium of PSV Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
With Arsenal and Wolfsburg tied at 2-2 following the first leg of their semifinal match, and Chelsea needing to overcome a 1-0 deficit to advance against Barcelona, the European championship final may be an all-English affair.
It will be United and City's first FA Cup final. Liverpool and Chelsea both received more than 30,000 tickets for the match last year.
In the UK, BBC One, BBC iPlayer, ITV, ITVX, UTV, STV, and STV Player will all carry the game.
The earlier start time should facilitate fans' departure from London, since the final direct train from the city to Manchester on June 3 is set to leave at 21:00.
In order to avoid conflicting with the Wembley final, the major Classic horse race, the Derby at Epsom, has also been shifted to an earlier start time of 13:30 BST instead of 16:30.
